WATER HEATERS
The most common size water heaters are 40-Gal, 50-Gal & 75-Gal. You will find these in most homes and/or businesses. We are a Bradford White certified ISC provider. We will repair and/or replace your broken water heater with a brand-new Bradford White water heater, with Bradford White you get a ten-year manufacture warranty. Our professional plumbers will assess the condition of your water heater and point you in the right direction of repair or replacement of your water heater in the most cost-efficient way possible. Installs include one Bradford White water heater, two new dielectrics, one ball-valve, and the proper piping to reconnect the tank, of course installed by 1 Plumbing service employees. After installation of new water heater, we will haul away the old unit at no cost to you.
DRAIN CLEANING
Are your drains draining slowly or not at all? We can fix your clogged drains quickly and safely! We do not recommend using Drano, Plumbr, or any other chemical to unclog and clear your drains. Prolonged use of these harsh chemicals can deteriorate your pipes and drains causing bigger issues further down the road. SUMP PUMPS AND EJECTOR PUMPS
Be sure to check your pumps regularly to make sure they are working. Sump and Ejector pumps are used in commercial and residential. If you are having issues we can come out and check your unit and repair or replace it. These are crucial for the property to make sure it doesn’t retain water and flood your building or home. The brands that we recommend all offer a warranty; Zoeller and Liberty pumps offer a 3 year warranty, and ProFlo offers a 5 year warranty. It is always a good idea to add a battery back up to your pumps in the case your power goes out, you don’t want water to get in while your vulnerable.
GAS PIPING AND REPAIR
If you’re not familiar with the plumbing world, you may not realize that gas is also a part of the plumbing trade. We use specialized equipment to detect gas leaks and where they are located, install new piping if necessary, repair existing gas lines if possible, and we also haul away old piping. We can run gas pipes and lines to anything in your home or business, for example your stove, hot water heater, dryer and fire places.
FLOOD SERVICES, LEAKING PIPES, FROZEN PIPES
If you have standing water inside or outside of your home, and it isn’t due to the weather, usually is a sign of leaking pipes. We can come out to your home and assess where that leak is coming from and asses what may have caused it. Upon assessment we will repair or replace the water line to insure there is no more leak; so, you’ll be on your way to a dry home.
During those cold winter months water pipes tend to freeze or burst which can cause a huge mess. In the case that your pipes happen to freeze and/or burst we can come and thaw your pipes for you and replace the busted pipes. Anything we can do to help you get back to being comfortable in your home.
